At Fetchify, we continuously assess and monitor industry trends to give our customers the best possible products, services and experience. As a result, from time to time, it is necessary to deprecate legacy products to ensure we can continue to support and maintain those more relevant to our customers’ needs, and to be able to develop new products for the future.

Next Steps :

  1. Customers may continue to use any pre-purchased credits up until the credit expiry as normal.

  2. Customers may continue to use the plugin for as long as they choose, even past the end-of-life date on the understanding that no technical support can be provided on these platforms after the end-of-life date and that Fetchify will make no further changes, releases or bug fixes after the end-of-life date.

  3. Fetchify will not be held liable for any costs incurred by a merchant's continued use of a product past its End-of-Life date.

  4. Customers who continue to use a discontinued plugin and purchase credits with an expiry date after the stated end of life date specifically for that plugin do so at their own risk and will not be eligible for any refund should the plugin subsequently become unstable or unusable for any reason.

  5. Clients who are impacted by the discontinuation of the plugin for their platform and who wish to cancel their Fetchify subscription may do so by contacting our support team. Cancellation means that your subscription will not automatically renew on the next expiry date and that any unused credits on your account will also expire. Your payment method will be removed from your account and a cancellation status will be set to your account. This can be reactivated at any time should you wish to use Fetchify again with a different product.
