If the company name field is not showing in your Shopify Plus storefront shipping address form you can turn this on as follows :
Log into your Store Admin
Navigate to Settings > Checkout
Scroll down to the Customer Information section and toggle on the fields you want to show.
We recommend setting company name to Optional if you want it to show on the storefront.
The Fetchify Data Validation app will, by default, populate the Company Name into the customer order in your store admin, even though it doesn’t show it on the storefront. You can customise your packing slips and shipping labels as follows or using a shipping label app, fulfilment app or similar :
Log into your Store Admin
Navigate to Settings > Shipping & Delivery
Scroll down to Packing Slip Template > Edit Template.
