If you're seeing an application error when trying to add an extension to your Shopify Plus checkout, then the most likely cause is that the store you're working on hasn't been upgraded to Checkout Extensions. The app is only compatible with stores that already have Checkout Extensions enabled.

Check your store settings and if the error persists even in a store which has upgraded to Checkout Extensions, please contact our support team.
