You don't need to do anything!

The app will only appear on the checkout for customers where the Store Market or Shipping Country is the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland) Excluding Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

For all other territories it will automatically be hidden from view. Changing the destination shipping country in the checkout to the UK will automatically show the Postcode Lookup field.

To enable UK Postcode Lookup for the Channel Islands & Isle of Man, you will need to include these territories in an available Market. Read this topic for more information.
