Subscription Plans
If you have active subscription in place, and a valid payment method, your plan will automatically renew when you've used up all your credits.
- You'll get a notification in advance of the renewal date so you can check your usage and adjust your plan if needed
- When your plan renews, it starts a new validity period (month or year) from the date of the renewal.
Non-Recurring and Enterprise Plans
If you have a non-recurring plan then your service is at risk of suspension when credits run out. You will receive email notifications to renew your subscription when your current pack has 20% of its original credits remaining. Your account manager should be in touch with you to discuss your next plan, but you can contact our support team if you have any concerns. If a new plan or subscription is not in place when your current plan either expires or runs out your account automatically suspends and your Fetchify products will stop working.
