Why is Fetchify not working?
Check our triage steps below to work out what might be wrong and how to fix it.

If your Fetchify lookups seem to have stopped working here are some steps to work out what has happened and how you can get back up and running again.


1. Is there an error message on your forms where Fetchify is used?

  • If you see an alert such as 'An error occurred. Please enter your address manually', 'service unavailable' when searching for addresses, this usually indicates an issue with your access token or account.

2. Log into your Fetchify account


3. Check for any service messages on the overview page

  • Has your account run out of credits?
  • Are your payments and payment methods up to date and valid


4. Check your Access Tokens

  • Are your tokens active / enabled?
  • When was the last lookup recorded on your live tokens?


5. Check our Service Status page for details of any issues affecting Fetchify services

6. Check your integration - has there been an update or change in your platform that may be conflicting with the Fetchify plugin or extension you're using.
