If you have forgotten your password:

1) From the account sign in page click Forgot Password

4) enter your account email and click Request Password Reset

5) if there is an account associated with your email address, you will receive an email with your reset code

6) Click on the Client Login link at the bottom of the email

7) Click forgot password again

8) Click I have a code

8) Enter the code from your email

9) Create your new password

To change a password you currently know:

1) Log into your account

2) Select Account Users from the menu on the left

3) Click on your username to edit your details

4) click the blue Change Password button at the bottom left to create a new password
