Syntax Errors (Email Validation)
Syntax errors occur when an email address is incorrectly structured and does not meet basic formatting rules — for example missing an @ symbol, invalid characters, or misplaced dots.
Examples :
myemailatdomain.com - using 'at' instead of '@'
my [email protected] - contains a space - email addresses never have spaces
[email protected] - the TLD (Top Level Domain) is incomplete
Fetchify detects syntax errors instantly, allowing you to block obviously invalid email addresses at the point of entry. Catching these errors early prevents fake sign-ups, reduces bounce rates, and avoids polluting your CRM with addresses that can never work.
