Yes. We send emails when your subscription is due for renewal or in danger of expiry.

• Annual Subscriptions: you will be notified of an upcoming renewal when your plan falls below 20% and your plan will renew when it reaches 10%.
• Monthly Subscriptions: you will be notified that your plan has renewed when it reaches 10%.
• One-off purchases: you will be notified when your plan falls below 20% and then again when it falls below 10%.

Please ensure that we do have a valid email address and phone number for you. This is important so that we can contact you before suspending an account that has expired.
